Settings

The SipPulse AI platform offers settings divided into three main sections: User, Security, and Organization. To access these settings, click on the profile button in the top-right corner and select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

Accessing Setting Settings

To access the setting settings:

1. Click on the profile button in the top-right corner of the platform.
2. Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

User Settings

The User settings allow you to update personal information related to your account.

Available Settings

• Full Name: Update your full name. This will be displayed within the platform.
• Language: Select the language for the interface and notifications.
• Email: Displayed for informational purposes but cannot be edited.

Security Settings

The Security settings provide options to enhance the security of your account.

Available Settings

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enable MFA for an added layer of security. For more information, refer to the MFA Setup Guide
• Logout of All Sessions: Logout from all active sessions to prevent unauthorized access.
• Change Password: Open a modal to change your password. You will need to provide your current password and the new desired password.

Organization Settings

The Organization settings are accessible only to owners and administrators. These settings allow for the management of organizational details.

Available Settings

• Company Name: Update the name of your company.

• Currency and Subscription: Displayed for informational purposes but cannot be edited. Currency settings cannot be changed to prevent impacts on the credit system.

• Low Credit Notification: Enable notifications for low credit balance and set the threshold value.
