Account Creation
To create an account on SipPulse AI, access the registration page at sippulse.ai/register.
Registration Options
You can create your account in two ways:
Option 1: Email Registration
- Enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Check your inbox for a verification code
- Enter the 6-digit code in the form
- Proceed to account setup
Verification Code
The verification code expires after 10 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new code.
Option 2: Social Login (Google/Microsoft)
- Click the Google or Microsoft button
- Sign in with your social account
- Grant the requested permissions
- You'll be redirected directly to account setup
Account Setup
After verification, complete your profile:
Required Information

| Full Name | Your name as it will appear in the platform |
| Password | At least 8 characters (not required for social login) |
| Organization Name | Your company or project name |
| Language | Platform interface and notification language |
| Currency | Billing currency for your account |
| Phone Number | Your contact phone number |
Currency Selection
Choose your currency carefully. Once set, the currency cannot be changed. This affects how credits are displayed and billed.
Optional Information
- Promo Code: Enter a promotional code for bonus credits
After Registration
Once your account is created, you'll be redirected to the Dashboard where you can:
- Explore the Platform: Navigate through the main features
- Create Your First Agent: Click on Agents in the sidebar
- Add Credits: Click on the credit balance in the top-right corner to add credits
New accounts receive starter credits to help you explore the platform's capabilities.
Troubleshooting
Email verification code not received
- Wait a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Try requesting a new code
- If using a corporate email, check with your IT team about email filtering
Social login not working
- Ensure pop-ups are enabled in your browser
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check if your organization restricts third-party app access
"Email already registered" error
This means an account with your email already exists:
- Try logging in instead of registering
- Use the "Forgot Password" option to recover access
- Contact support if you believe this is an error
Organization name validation failed
- Organization names must be unique in the system
- Try adding a location or identifier (e.g., "Acme Corp - NYC")
- Avoid special characters other than hyphens and spaces
