Agent Templates

Agent Templates are pre-defined configurations that allow you to create agents quickly and efficiently. Instead of configuring an agent from scratch, you can choose a template that already includes instructions, personality, and optimized settings for specific use cases.

The SipPulse AI platform offers 22 templates organized into 7 categories, covering the main use cases in customer service, sales, internal support, and specific sectors like healthcare and finance.

How to Use Templates

Step 1: Access Agent Creation

  1. Navigate to Agents in the side menu
  2. Click the Create Agent button

Step 2: Select a Category

In the creation modal, you'll see the available categories in the left panel:

  • Click on a category to filter templates
  • Use All Templates to see all 22 templates
  • Use the search bar to find specific templates

Step 3: Choose a Template

Each template displays:

  • Name: Use case identification
  • Description: Brief explanation of the purpose
  • Complexity Level: Indicated by stars (★)
    • ★☆☆ - Basic: Simple flows, few integrations
    • ★★☆ - Intermediate: Moderate logic, some tools
    • ★★★ - Advanced: Complex flows, multiple integrations

Step 4: Customize the Agent

After selecting a template, you'll be directed to the configuration screen where you can:

  • Adjust the agent's instructions
  • Configure the LLM model and TTS voice
  • Add or remove tools
  • Define variables specific to your business

Start from Scratch

If no template meets your needs, you can create a completely customized agent:

  1. In the creation modal, click Start from Scratch
  2. Configure all options manually:
    • Name and description
    • Custom instructions
    • LLM model and TTS voice
    • Required tools

Tip

Even when starting from scratch, you can get inspiration from existing template instructions. Create an agent from a template, copy the relevant instructions, and then create your customized agent.

  2. Personalize the context: Replace placeholders with your company's actual information
  3. Test before deploying: Use the playground to validate behavior
  4. Adjust gradually: Make small changes and test each one
