Enabling MFA

To enable MFA, follow these steps:

Accessing Settings

1. Click the profile button in the top right corner of the platform.
2. Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

2. Toggle the switch to enable MFA. This action will open a modal.

Using an Authenticator App

1. Scan the QR Code: Use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator to scan the QR code displayed in the modal. These apps generate a time-based one-time password (TOTP) that changes every 30 seconds.
2. Enter the Verification Code: After scanning the QR code, the app will generate a verification code. Enter this code in the provided field to confirm the setup.

• Authy: Offers additional features like multi-device support and backups.
• Microsoft Authenticator: Integrates well with Microsoft services and also supports TOTP.

Recovery Code

After entering the verification code, you will receive a recovery code. This code is crucial for accessing your account if you lose access to your authenticator app or email.
