Deploying Agents
Once you've created and tested your agent, the next step is deploying it to reach your users. SipPulse AI supports multiple deployment channels, each suited to different use cases.
Deployment Channels
| Channel | Recommended Use | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business | Support and notifications on WhatsApp | Verified Meta Business Account and phone number |
| Chat Widget | Customer service on web pages | JavaScript snippet insertion on site |
| API | Custom integrations, automations | API key generation |
| SIP | Voice calls via telephony systems | SIP trunk or VoIP provider configured |
| Telegram | Automated support and engagement via Telegram bots | Telegram bot created via BotFather |
How to Deploy
- Navigate to Agents and select the desired agent
- Open the Deploy tab
- Click Configure on the desired channel card
- Fill in the required fields and enable the deployment
- The Online status indicates the deployment is active and ready for use
Each channel has a dedicated guide with step-by-step configuration instructions.
TIP
You can deploy the same agent to multiple channels simultaneously. For example, an agent can handle both WhatsApp messages and voice calls via SIP at the same time.
