Organization Analytics
The Analytics page provides a strategic, organization-wide view of your platform usage. It aggregates data across all projects, helping managers and decision-makers understand cost distribution, project performance, and agent efficiency.
Dashboard vs Analytics
Analytics answers strategic questions: "Which project costs the most?", "What are my top agents?", "How are costs trending across projects?"
Dashboard answers operational questions: "How much did I spend this month?", "What requests happened today?"
Use Dashboard for day-to-day monitoring of a single project. Use Analytics for cross-project strategic insights.
Accessing Analytics
Navigate to Analytics under the Organization & Account section in the sidebar.
Period Selection
Use the month navigation at the top to switch between months. The current month shows data up to today. Click the refresh button to reload the latest data.
KPI Cards
Five cards at the top provide a quick overview of organization-wide metrics:

| Total Requests | Number of API requests across all projects |
| Total Tokens | Total tokens consumed (input + output) |
| Unique Models | Number of distinct AI models used |
| Active Projects | Projects with usage in the period (shown as X/Y total) |
| Total Conversations | Number of agent conversations across all projects |
Cost Overview Chart
A full-width chart section showing:
- Stacked bar chart: Daily costs broken down by service type (Text Generation, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Embedding, Agent, etc.)
- Doughnut chart: Total cost distribution by service type for the period
Both charts share an interactive legend — click any service type to toggle its visibility on both charts simultaneously.
Cost by Project
A doughnut chart showing how costs are distributed across your projects. The top 6 projects are shown individually; remaining projects are grouped as "Others". The total cost is displayed in the center of the chart.
This helps identify which projects consume the most resources and whether spending aligns with business priorities.
Project Usage Trends
A line chart showing daily cost trends for each project over the selected period. Use the dropdown filter to narrow down by service type (e.g., only Text Generation costs) or view all types combined.
Each project's line uses its configured color, making it easy to visually track individual projects.
Top Agents
A table ranking the top 10 agents by cost, with columns for:
- Agent Name (clickable — navigates to the agent's page)
- Project the agent belongs to
- Conversations count
- Requests count
- Total Cost for the period
This section only appears when there is agent usage data.
Service Type Breakdown
A grid of cards, one for each service type used in the period. Each card includes:
- Header: Service type icon, label, and total cost
- Three views (selectable via dropdown):
- Costs: Stacked bar chart broken down by project
- Requests: Area chart showing daily request count
- Usage: Stacked bar chart broken down by pricing rule (input tokens, output tokens, transcription, etc.)
Usage Tables
At the bottom, the same Usage Requests and Usage Items tables available on the Dashboard are shown — but with an additional Project column and no project filter, so all projects' data is visible at once.
