Plan & Subscription
The Plan & Subscription page gives you a complete view of your organization's plan, resource limits, available features, and pricing. Navigate to it under Organization & Account in the sidebar.
Your Current Plan
The plan card at the top shows your active subscription (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise) along with:
- Organization limits with progress bars — showing current usage vs. maximum for resources like projects and administrators. Color-coded from green (low usage) to red (near limit).
- Per-project limits — maximum counts for agents, webhooks, knowledge bases, API keys, structured analyses, and team members within each project.
- Thread retention — how many days conversation threads are kept before expiration.
- Features — which capabilities are enabled or disabled in your plan (e.g., SIP outbound, advanced analytics, data export).
Alert Banner
When any organization-level resource reaches 80% or more of its limit, a warning alert appears at the top of the plan card.
Resource Counters
Throughout the platform, you'll see resource counters next to page titles — displayed as (current/limit). These appear on pages like Agents, Knowledge Base, API Keys, and Webhooks.
When you reach a resource limit:
- Create buttons are disabled with a tooltip explaining the limit
- A Plan Limit Modal appears if you attempt to create a resource beyond the limit, offering a link to view your plan
Grandfathering
If your plan was downgraded and you have more resources than the new plan allows, existing resources remain accessible but you cannot create new ones until you're within the new limits.
Feature Gating
Some features are only available on certain plans. When a feature is not included in your plan:
- The feature is marked as Disabled on the plan card
- UI elements for that feature show a tooltip indicating an upgrade is needed
- API calls to gated features return a 403 error
Plan-gated features include:
- SIP Outbound calling
- Advanced Analytics (Agents Dashboard)
- Data Export (CSV/JSON)
- Shared Threads
- Concurrent LiveKit rooms
Pricing
Below the plan card, a Pricing section displays the cost of all available models and services:
- Models grouped by category (Text Generation, Embedding, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, etc.)
- Price columns showing input/output token costs or per-unit pricing
- Rate limits for each model (requests per minute, tokens per minute)
Special Indicators
- Deprecated badge: Models being phased out are marked with a red "Deprecated" label
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): Models that require or support your own API key show an amber "BYOK" badge. Once configured, the badge turns green ("Configured") and prices are replaced — you pay your provider directly
- Credential-only models: Some models are only available when you provide your own API key via Integrations
Next Steps
- Dashboard — Monitor current spending and usage
- Analytics — Cross-project strategic insights
- Projects & Workspaces — Organize resources into projects
- Integrations — Configure your own API keys (BYOK)
